By placing an order with Hempex World GmbH, you assume all responsibilities regarding the legality of the products that are sent to you. Hempex World GmbH makes no claims about the correctness or legality of the information and products outside of Switzerland that are available on this website. All information that Hempex World GmbH disseminates via this website, links to or from other websites or by its employees via telephone, email or other transmission, are for purely informative and educational purposes. This should never be interpreted as a recommendation to take any particular action. The use of the information for other activities as well as illegal activities is at your own risk. Orders are considered binding and can only be canceled on the same day and until the goods have been dispatched. In the event of delivery delays or obstacles, we will inform you as soon as possible by email. The availability of the offered articles is reserved.

Depending on the place of delivery, delivery dates can deviate from the specified deadlines and are given to the best of our judgment. Missing deadlines does not entitle you to either cancel the order or assert claims for compensation.

Shipping costs are variable depending on the order. The costs listed when completing the order are binding. International orders (Europe and worldwide) are calculated based on the country and weight of the deliveries. Import costs such as customs duties are at your expense. Depending on the country, you may also be liable for value added tax / VAT. Unless otherwise stated on the order, we reserve the right to make either complete or partial deliveries. Part deliveries are at our expense.

Hempex World GmbH is not liable for any damage you incur as a result of using or operating the purchased items. Hempex World GmbH assumes no liability for lost profit, indirect or indirect damage that you or third parties may suffer.

Personal data is transmitted in encrypted form and is not passed on to third parties. Your data will only be used in order to process your order and will be treated confidentially. Credit card data is generally not stored with us. You can find more details in our privacy policy.

All pictograms, images, designs, texts and logos on the sweezy.ch website are protected by copyright. Any commercial use of this content is prohibited without the written consent of Hempex World GmbH. We are a bit more flexible with private use, but send us an email beforehand.

Payment of the full purchase price for the ordered product(s) is due upon completion of the purchase. The ordered product(s) will only be shipped after payment has been received in full. When paying by Twint, Postcard or credit card, the payment is received immediately and the order is sent immediately. In the case of bank transfers, we wait for the bank credit to be received and the expenses must be borne in full by you.

Payments with debit or credit cards as well as PostFinance e-payment and Twint: All payment transactions can be subject to validity checks and authorizations, either by your bank or by us (although we can commission third parties to authorize them in accordance with our data protection declaration). If your credit card provider does not make the payment or does not agree to the payment, we are not liable for any delays or refusal to accept your order. Customer payments in the sweezy.ch online shop are made in a protected area in which the data is transmitted in encrypted form. Hempex World GmbH cannot accept any liability for the security of the transmission or the transmitted data.

If for any reason a payment is rejected after we have already shipped our product(s), we have the right to demand payment from you or to reclaim the corresponding product(s) from you. We may charge you for our costs in getting the product(s) back or insist on further payments. All products ordered remain our property and will not become your property until we have received the full purchase price for the product.

Swiss law does not provide for a return period or any other right of return after you have sent the order.

Exchange is only possible in the case of wrong deliveries or manufacturing defects. In the case of returns, a copy of the delivery note or the invoice must be enclosed, otherwise processing is not possible. In the event of damage in transit, you must file a complaint within 24 hours, otherwise you will no longer be entitled to a free replacement.

Changes and additions to these general terms and conditions require written form. Hempex World GmbH reserves the right to change or add to the general terms and conditions at any time.

Customers assume full liability for personal injury, damage, penalties, loss of profit or sales, loss of use of a product or equipment and any loss of property that may result from the acquisition, use or misuse of a Hempex World GmbH product. Hempex World GmbH, its owners, agents and employees cannot be held liable for the actions of its customers. We do not encourage illegal use of our products.
